Inventory Updates:
We periodically send out e-mails about changes to our inventory. There is no set time or schedule for the updates. We average about one update every one to two weeks.

The e-mail will contain the following information where applicable:

• Items Added to the Inventory
• Descriptions of Items Added
• Items With New Photos
• Items Moved to the Sale/Clearance Page
• Items on Sale

The purpose of the e-mail is to give the subscribers the first chance to buy new materials. A few days after the e-mail the items on will start being added to the website.

If you see something you like do not wait to call or send an e-mail! Other people are seeing the same items and may want them also. The first person that notifies us gets the item(s). One knifemaker called six times for six different items. He called every time he saw an item he wanted. We do not care how many times you call, we want you to get the materials you want.

If we do not answer the phone leave a message. The messages are date and time stamped.
