Most thread lockers are only good for one use. As soon as the screw is turned, the thread locker is broken and must be reapplied. Screws assembled with VC-3 can be disassembled and reassembled up to five times without reapplying. This means you can adjust pivot screws without worrying about the screw coming loose later. This makes the perfect thread locker for knifemakers.<\/p>\n<p>VC-3 is a blend of acrylic resins. Apply VC-3 to threads and allow to dry for 30 minutes.
