Vibra-Tite VC-3

Vibra-Tite VC-3 is a different kind of thread locker/sealer. Most thread lockers are good for one use. As soon as the screw is turned, the thread locker is broken and must be reapplied. Screws assembled with VC-3 can be disassembled and reassembled up to five times without reapplying. This means you can adjust pivot screws without worrying about the screw coming loose later.

VC-3 is a blend of acrylic resins. Apply VC-3 to threads and allow to dry for 30 minutes. After the locker/sealer dries the fastener is ready to use.

We recommend thinning VC-3 50/50 with methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) when using on small screws.
