Ordering:
Our minimum order is $25. To place an order call 425-868-5880 or send an listing the item numbers of the pieces you want. If you send a note please include your mailing address, zip code and phone number. If there is a problem with your order we will call to discuss your order with you.

If you want to pay using your MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover call us. If we do not answer, leave a message with your credit card number and expiration date or your phone number and we will call back. Or you can fax the card number and information to 425-898-7715. We do not accept PayPal.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN AN E-MAIL.

You will be charged actual shipping charges. We do not make any money on the shipping. The majority of the orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Let us know if you want your order shipped via a different carrier.

All orders are charged a handling fee of $1 per package. The handling fee may be more if you specify special shipping requirements.

These materials will have to be inspected by the US Department of Interior Fish and Wildlife Service. The inspection fee is $89 which will be added to your order. The inspection fee is a flat fee. It is the same for 1 to 10,000 items. An invoice must be included in the package.

Mammoth ivory bark and teeth are not required to be inspected because mammoths are extinct.
