Returns & Cancellations:
All returns must be pre-approved via email: Email Us . After we approve the return, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number and a return shipping address for the return of the goods. Please package the materials well. Any damages that occur during return shipping will be taken out of the refund. International orders cannot be returned.
Items are generally eligible to be returned / refunded up to 30 days after they are received. Special circumstances may be considered.
You will be charged a restocking fee of 20% or $15 (whichever is more) for returned items and/or cancelled orders. All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped.
