Talonite Information and Composition

Talonite is excellent for some uses and horrible for others.

If you are cutting meat and/or vegetables, Talonite will hold an edge much longer than most steel alloys.  A company tested Talonite for cutting vegetables and recorded a 5X increase in edge holding over steel.

The downside is when you try and cut anything hard. The cobalt in Talonite is soft and the cutting edge is not well supported. As soon as you cut anything hard, the edge rolls and stops cutting.
