Our machined screws are machined to very tight tolerances of +-.0002″.The screw is #6 with 64 threads per inch. The high number of threads make it easy to adjust the blade tension. The thread is non-standard.
The Torx drive is broached into the screw. This means Torx bits fit with no slop unlike other drives that are machined rather than broached. Broaching cost more, but the result is a higher quality screw.
The pivot and screw are sold separately.
