Gmail delivers messages to tabbed inboxes.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the placement of emails in Gmail.
But you do:
We encourage you to take these actions:
– Add our “From” email address to your Google Contacts
Emails from a subscriber’s Google Contacts always go to your Primary inbox.
– Move our emails to the Primary tab
You can teach Gmail where to deliver your messages. When you move one of our campaigns from the Promotions tab to the Primary tab, Gmail asks whether it should always deliver our campaigns there.
You can remove the tabs altogether!
Simply click the plus sign on at the end of the tabs and then uncheck the tabs in the options window that appears:
